Customer Service Issues: To report UPS damage, or if
you ordered the wrong size filters, or any other matter, You Must,
email us because we must have a paper record. Our Order-Takers

Track Your Order:
Occasionally, when we get a surge of orders it may take a day or two
before you see results in the tracking screen. When this happens,
we apologize and ask for your patience.....Please, keep in mind that
we, and UPS, do not work on weekends.
Phone-in Orders, - Important Note:
We also accept phoned-in Orders, although we encourage you to
order Online yourself to avoid errors. We cannot be responsible for mistakes when

you phone in an Order, the Order-Taker will enter the Order into the
