I'm about to tell you what you already know, but please indulge me. It is always a bit disconcerting to make a first purchase from somebody that you don't know. The matter is exacerbated when the purchase is online, when one's credit card is being used, and when there is no absolute guarantee that the merchandise will make it to your doorstep....and if it does arrive...then there is the question of its quality.

This afternoon all four boxes of filters arrived at my doorstep. The boxes were piled neatly with the "Fragile Handle Like Glass" logos lined up from top to bottom. Upon taking the boxes inside and opening one to see what was inside....the plastic sealed filters were perfect. So....I'd just like to say what you already know. It has been such a pleasure doing business with you, I had to let you know.   We recently ordered the Oxy-Clean electrostatic air filters with the activated charcoal pads. First of all, let me say they fit perfectly!......thanks to you. If you hadn't called and questioned the size I had originally given, they never would have fit. Also, about ten to fifteen minutes after we put them in place, the air in our home was crisp and clean. We are now able to keep our AC settings a bit higher and still maintain a comfortable temperature. This week, our high temps are around 114. Terribly uncomfortable outside, but perfect inside.
